• Data Layer: Event logs, time series, and visual archives are unified in one schema; documents/procedures and screenshots are indexed in a vector DB (RAG-ready).

• App Layer: Dashboards, an alert center, and reporting APIs turn data into action with role-based access, rich filters, and sharing.

• Model Layer: Vision models (defect/PPE/zone), LLM for reporting, and VLM for visual Q&A work together; a model registry manages versions, calibration, and A/B tests.

  
  

• Deployment: Low-latency, offline-resilient on Edge (Jetson); centrally managed on-prem with OTA updates.
